Accreditation system Hedy collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted in the system for solely event organizing purposes. Personal data is not shared with third parties and will only be processed by responsible event organizers and in some cases by Estonian Police and Border Guard Board depending on the security level of the event. Personal data will be deleted from the system and its databases 3 months after the meeting in accordance with all privacy and security requirements.
